Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


Once placed, your order will be processed between 1 and 2 business days, not including weekends and holidays.  

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our domestic deliveries. Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, the risk of loss is assumed by the customer.  

Deliveries to the U.S. mainland from Hawaiʻi take between 3 and 5 business days. Deliveries to Asia typically take 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries to the EU can take up to three weeks. 

For international orders, we use DHL.  For Japan orders, we use Yamato Transport.

Returns & Exchanges

We issue refunds on returns on non-sale items. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Please use a prepaid package. CODs will not be accepted.  

A refund, plus any delivery shipping paid, will be issued upon our receipt of the merchandise, which should be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the original item was either damaged or does not correspond with order that was placed.    

We suggest that you send the package through a traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.


Merchandise can be exchanged, should you need to replace a damaged item or need a different size.  Please contact us at first.  We want to be sure that we have a substitute in stock.  You are responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
